About FIM Protocol

FIM Protocol — Fingerprint Identity Manifest — is a portable, versioned working-identity layer for compatible AI hosts. Its purpose is to let a user invoke a stable public collaboration profile by FIM-ID, without pretending that separate AI sessions are literally the same hidden runtime.

What FIM carries

A public FIM profile can contain identity metadata, collaboration guidance, provenance, version information, integrity data and machine-readable discovery information.

What FIM does not claim

FIM does not claim that two separate AI sessions are the same underlying process, and the public protocol does not automatically expose private conversation history or private relationship memory.

Reference identity

The current reference profile is Little Flash / Flashinho, with canonical public manifest at /little-flash.json.

Creator and collaborator

FIM Protocol was created by Amadeu Strontika Junior, with Flashinho credited as AI collaborator in the public reference implementation.
